Join us to learn and practice basic cooking skills and share a prepared lunch every week. Try new foods and learn simple, delicious recipes to make at home that can save you money. Learn to adapt recipes to your taste or to make them healthier. Learn to read food labels, discuss nutritional needs, and calculate quantities and portions. Discuss food and kitchen safety and how to safely store and preserve and reheat foods.

All food and notes provided. Participants are encouraged to bring their own reusable container just in case there are leftovers to be shared!
