Yoga will be taking a 5 week break as our instructor is on leave. In the meantime we will be trialling weekly sessions of Tai Chi with Michael. An ancient Chinese Martial Art, Tai Chi is now used all over the world as an effective and very gentle exercise for health. Tai Chi is a series of gentle movements to create harmony between the mind and body. Studies have shown Tai Chi to support pain relief, improve physical movement, flexibility and balance, helping to build strength which may help to reduce the risk of falls. PLEASE NOTE: If you hold a current Yoga pass you can use it to attend Tai Chi Wednesday's at 11am.
