  • Tai Chi is moving to Pangerang HQ. An ancient Chinese Martial Art, Tai Chi is now used all over the world as an effective and very gentle exercise for health. Tai Chi is a series of gentle movements to create harmony between the mind and body. Studies have shown Tai Chi to support pain relief, improve physical movement, flexibility and balance, helping to build strength which may help to reduce the risk of falls. PLEASE NOTE: If you hold a current Yoga pass you can use it to attend Tai Chi also Tuesday's at 11am. This program is held at Pangerang Community Hub at 38 Ovens Street, Wangaratta.   • Bring your friends along to learn how to make a festive wreath this holiday season. In this workshop, we will explore the techniques of constructing a holiday wreath with foliage and other natural materials. You will learn how to work with fresh and dried materials to construct a wreath, and some basic elements of wreath design. Each participant will leave the workshop with a finished wreath intended to dry out over the holiday period and last well into the new year.
